4 Ways to Be More Happy, Relaxed, & Content

Your breakthrough awaits. Start transforming your life today!

By Brad Paul

Have you ever wished there was an easy and clear-cut way to be more joyful, calm, and satisfied? There is. I have discovered a formula that has become the foundation for me doing this. I have done it to levels you’d probably think were crazy — unless you are doing it yourself to some degree.

Some of these ideas or the path to get there may go against tradition, advertising messages, and things you may have been taught by your parents, relatives, friends, and authority figures (teacher, coach, boss).

Embracing them requires that you have a non-conforming attitude that allows you to have a limitless, imaginative, and progressive thinking approach.

Here is the 4-step formula.

1. Let Go

Let go of resentments and anger you hold for people who have done you wrong. There is no need to forgive them, just stop giving them “thought” time and just move on!

Let go of perfection. This is a game changer. Once you convince yourself that perfection an impossible and absurd pursuit and accept your own “unique” imperfections (perks of being you), you will be set free.

Let go of trying to be someone you’re not and could never possibly be. That commanding voice in your mind (source: subconscious) that tells you what you “should” be is probably coming from a critical authority figure (parent, teacher, coach) and the lifelong exposure to advertisements. Embrace your strengthens and talents and disregard that dictatorial voice.

2. Downsize

Downsize your home to dramatically reduce your expenses and financial burdens, simplify your life, and increase your freedom.

Downsize your possessions for the same above reasons.

Downsize your car for the same above reasons.

3. Simplify

Simplify by downsizing everything you own (see above) and schedule (work, social, hobbies, recreation).

Simplify by getting more organized.

Simplify by letting go (see above) of past grievances, attempts to be perfect, and efforts to be someone you’re not.

4. Get Fit

Get fit by giving up bad habits.

Get fit by becoming a daily exerciser.

Get fit by becoming a vegan.

Get fit to reduce stress and increase pleasure.

Get fit to look good and feel great!

Get fit to eliminate or reduce health concerns.

Start

Start downsizing, simplifying, and getting fit today!

Start your dream project (home, ideal partner, website, book) today!

Start thinking and behaving like an eternal optimist today!

Start today and keep going in spite of your fears until courage prevails!

This formula has worked very well for me. I hope it does the same for you to whatever degree you decide to apply it.
